Yet again, Centrio is another successful development by the reputable developer YTL, which has won four awards at CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2009 for ‘Best Mixed Development’ and ‘The Architecture Award’ under the Commercial category; and ‘Best Architecture’ and ‘Best Property Marketing’ in the Residential category. The demand for Centrio is really good right from the launch, where 75% were sold in just 3 days after the official launch date.
The only drawback of Centrio is its location – being close to low-cost residential. However, with numerous new developments going-on in the vicinity, Bukit Kerinchi has the potential to become a trendy and sought-after address.
